Reheating

These instructions are for egg rolls that are cooked and frozen.

  • 1. Select air fry or reheat mode and set temperature to 200°F for 8-10 minutes or until the inside of the egg roll is at least 165°F for 15 seconds. You may also use the warm mode, if that's an option on your air fryer.

Note: When food is frozen, it naturally releases water during cooking. You may notice moisture coming from the egg rolls—be sure to place them on a tray or rack that allows excess water to drain.

    2. For golden, crispy egg rolls, lightly brush or spray them with oil before cooking.

    3. Cool for 2-5 minutes before enjoying.

  • 1. Preheat oven to 200°F or turn on the warm food setting.

Cooking

These instructions are for egg rolls that are raw and frozen.

  • 1. Select oil of your choice and heat oil to 390-400°F. (We recommend vegetable or frying oil.)

    2. Insert egg rolls into oil one at a time. (Remember to lay away from you. The temperature will drop once you put the egg rolls in. The oil should stay at 350°F when frying.)

    3. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and when the inside of the egg roll is at least 165°F for 15 seconds.

Note: We recommend saving your oil as it can still be good to use. Once it has a dark and dirty look it can be cooled and placed back in its original oil container. We recommend recycling your oil by dropping it off at your nearest Household Hazardous Waste center.

“The egg rolls were delicous. We warmed them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes. They were slightly crunchy on the outside and once you dip them in the sauce it was exactly what we were hoping for. Great job!”
